At Sthir Marketing Pvt. Ltd. , we deeply value the contribution and legacy of our Seller Partners. While life is unpredictable, we believe in ensuring that the business journey and efforts of our partners live on—even in their absence.
This License Transfer Policy provides a way for a Seller Partner’s business benefits to be transferred to a designated nominee in the event of their unfortunate demise.
This policy applies to all active Sthir Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Seller Partners, regardless of their current rank. The ID (Sthir Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Partner ID) may be transferred once to a pre-registered nominee after the Seller Partner’s death, based on the terms below. This is a goodwill gesture by Sthir Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and not a guaranteed legal right. All decisions related to claims under this policy will be made solely by Sthir Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Management.
To qualify for license transfer:1. The nominee must be registered by the Seller Partner during their lifetime. 2. The Seller Partner’s ID must be active, with at least one transaction in the last 12 months. 3. The ID must not be blocked or under investigation for any policy violations. 4. IDs suspended more than twice during the Seller’s journey will not be eligible. 5. Requests without prior nominee registration will not be accepted.
1. The nominee must inform Sthir Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Support (via email, chat, or phone) within 90 days of the Seller Partner’s death. 2. Upon receiving notification, Sthir Marketing Pvt. Ltd. will temporarily block the ID and ask for required documents. 3. The nominee must submit:
4. After verification, Sthir Marketing Pvt. Ltd. will execute an official agreement with the nominee.
5. Upon approval, the ID will be mapped to the nominee, and:

Sthir Marketing Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any claim under this policy. The policy can be updated or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. All decisions by Sthir Marketing Pvt. Ltd. will be final and binding.
All disputes related to this policy will be governed by Indian law, and only the Dehradun Court (Uttarakhand) will have jurisdiction.
